AIGov ("we," "us," or "our"), a product of Technostica, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI governance platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and authentication credentials provided through Google SSO. We use your email domain to associate you with your organization's tenant.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, submission data, chatbot conversations, timestamps, IP addresses, browser type, and device information.

Submission Content

When you submit AI or technology initiatives for governance review, we collect all information provided during the intake process, including descriptions, vendor details, deployment models, data handling information, and uploaded documents.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process and manage your governance submissions
  • Power AI-driven intake conversations and tech inventory matching
  • Send notifications about status changes and review actions
  • Generate governance dashboards and analytics within your organization
  • Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Isolation & Multi-Tenancy

AIGov employs a multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation. Your organization's data is separated from other tenants using Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforced at the database level. No other organization can access your submissions, tech inventory, or user data.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Within your organization: Users in your tenant with appropriate roles can view submissions and related data as defined by the platform's role-based access controls.
  • Service providers: We use third-party providers (hosting, authentication, AI model providers) to operate the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

6. AI & Machine Learning

Our AI-powered intake chatbot processes your inputs to generate structured governance submissions. Conversations are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. We do not use your submission data to train AI models. AI-generated outputs (such as intake summaries and queue routing) are stored as part of your governance record.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Audit logs are retained for 7 years to support compliance requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@technostica.com.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), Row Level Security, secure authentication via Google SSO, rate limiting, and regular security reviews. For more details, see our Security page.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
